Experimental — pending Riot's review for a Production API key

Riot Games tracking (League of Legends, Valorant) currently runs on a development API key that rotates every 24 hours. We've applied for a Production API Key (the tier required for Valorant endpoints); until Riot approves it, features may pause briefly when the dev key expires and the operator hasn't rotated it yet. Tracking, refresh, and announcement settings are safe to configure now — the data persists across key rotations.

Adding here is equivalent to /lol track in Discord. The bot looks up the Riot ID, caches the profile, and captures the first rank snapshot. Requires the Riot API key to be configured by the bot operator.

LoL announcement settings Phase 2 — auto-poll + announce

These settings drive the future auto-announce loop (rank-up alerts, hot-streak callouts, milestone wins). The polling loop hasn't shipped yet — picking values now means the moment it does, your server is configured.
